Green Umbrella Green Cut is an environmentally friendly cutting and slurry agent. As part of the Green Cut System it cuts the concrete using molecular cutting agents, reducing the number of diamond steps and creating a less porous floor than could previously be achieved. The Green Umbrella Green Cut System starts out by softening the concrete allowing for easier and faster processing. The frothy slurry created by the process is ground into the floor to help seal pores, producing a denser surface. Green Cut floors respond differently to color introduction yet they can be colored to allow for endless design possibilities. The Green Umbrella Green Cut System cuts labor requirements and greatly reduces wear on your metal bond diamond abrasives saving you money. The Green Umbrella Green Cut Process uses as few as 2 diamond grit steps to grind, hone and polish concrete floors. The Green Umbrella Green Cut System creates a more resilient floor with a superior gloss while saving time, money and eliminating hazardous waste disposal issues—significantly reducing your company's impact on the environment.

The Green Umbrella Green Cut System is a responsible alternative for professionals concerned about the environmental impact of the concrete polishing process. The Green Umbrella Green Cut System uses a wet process preventing dust from contaminating the air and HVAC system, thereby alleviating concerns regarding indoor ambient air quality. The process diminishes the amount of time and energy spent on a project meaning fewer carbon emissions. Green Cut will not contribute to Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR). The reduced porosity and harder surface will allow floors to wear longer, stain less and require less frequent maintenance.

EASY TO APPLY – QUICK TO CURE – SIMPLE TO MAINTAIN
Apply Green Umbrella Green Cut to a floor that has been saturated with water for at least 30 minutes. Spray green cut using a tip for approximately 250 sq. ft. of coverage per gallon. Allow to set for at least 20 minutes before grinding the floor. Green Umbrella Green Cut floors are less porous and are easily maintained by auto-scrubbing or damp mopping.
